This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Glam Lab (“Glam Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile application(s), telehealth and text messaging services, software, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service” or “Platform”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.


1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect: (a) via our sites, apps, and online software; (b) via email, SMS/text, chat, forms, and other communications; (c) via telehealth services and patient–provider messaging; (d) when you create an account; and (e) when you interact with our content, ads, or forms on third-party sites. This Policy does not apply to third-party medical clinics, professional medical corporations, or licensed providers; third-party platforms we do not operate; or external services that link to/from our Service. Those parties have their own policies.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • Transactions: process orders, payments, refunds, and account changes.
  • Communications: confirmations, receipts, reminders, updates, and administrative notices.
  • Support: respond to questions, investigate issues, customer service.
  • Analytics/Security: analyze usage, detect/prevent fraud and abuse, ensure integrity and security.
  • Marketing (optional): send promotional content only with appropriate consent and subject to your preferences.
  • Compliance: meet legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations.

We do not sell personal information as “sell” may be defined under state privacy laws.

4. SMS Communications & Mobile Privacy (TCR/TCPA-Compliant)

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Glam Lab may send SMS/text messages for: (a) appointment confirmations/reminders; (b) two-way client communication; (c) account/service alerts; (d) telehealth follow-ups/medical notifications; (e) order updates, receipts, transactional notices; and (f) optional marketing/promotions (only if you’ve opted in).

4.1 Data Sharing Restrictions

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely for the purposes described in this Policy.

4.3 Opt-Out / Required STOP/HELP Language

You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. You may also request removal by emailing us or updating preferences in your account. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

6. Cookies, Mobile IDs & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, and mobile advertising IDs to operate and improve our Service, store preferences, enable sign-in, analyze usage/performance, detect fraud, and support interest-based advertising/measurement where permitted. Controls: manage cookies via browser settings; mobile ad IDs via iOS/Android settings; some browsers support Global Privacy Control (GPC) which we will make reasonable efforts to honor where recognized by law.

7. Protected Health Information (HIPAA)

Glam Lab is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. Affiliated professional medical entities (“Professional Entities”) may be covered entities. Glam Lab may act as a “business associate” to Professional Entities when handling Protected Health Information (“PHI”), and in that role complies with HIPAA and applicable Business Associate Agreements. Health information provided for treatment/diagnosis/care coordination may be governed by the Professional Entities’ Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP). Information you provide to create a Glam Lab account (e.g., name, username, email, phone, shipping/billing) is typically not PHI and is handled under this Policy.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising or “sharing” as defined by some laws; and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. To exercise rights, contact us below. We may require identity verification and may deny requests where permitted (e.g., legal, security, privacy of others, trade secrets).

California (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Know/Access/Correct/Delete: Request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt-Out of “Sale”/“Sharing”: We do not “sell” personal information; limited “sharing” for ad measurement may occur. You can opt out via available controls or by contacting us.
  • Sensitive PI: You may request we limit certain uses to those necessary to perform our services.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Professional Entities and other third parties with whom information is shared may maintain their own retention policies.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn we collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents/guardians may contact us for assistance.

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

12. International Use & Jurisdiction

Our Service is intended for use in the United States and governed by U.S. law. If you access from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in Glam Lab’s text messaging programs (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may send: (a) appointment confirmations/reminders; (b) two-way client communications; (c) account/service alerts; (d) telehealth follow-ups/medical notifications; (e) order updates, receipts, transactional notices; and (f) optional marketing/promotional messages if you opt in.

2. Consent & Eligibility

Opt-in consent is required for marketing messages and is not required as a condition of purchase. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and be 18+ or have parental consent.

3. Message Frequency & Fees

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply from your carrier. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; service may not be available on all carriers/devices and delivery is not guaranteed.

4. Opt-Out & Support

Text STOP to cancel. You will receive a one-time message confirming your opt-out. For help, text HELP or contact us using the methods below.

5. Privacy & Data

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and related personal information are handled per our Privacy Policy and used solely to deliver messages and support Program operations (e.g., through our messaging vendors under confidentiality obligations).

6. Account Changes

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us to prevent future messages being sent to the wrong person.

7. Program Termination/Changes

We may suspend or terminate the Program or modify these SMS Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting; material changes may be communicated via SMS or our site.

8. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these SMS Terms will be handled consistent with the governing law and dispute procedures set forth in our site’s Terms of Service (including, where applicable, arbitration/venue provisions). Some jurisdictions may not allow mandatory arbitration—your statutory rights remain unaffected where prohibited.
